Trivia Night Checklist – Your checklist of everything you need to host a successful trivia event at your business. It includes who needs to do what when from announcing your event to your guests leave with smiles on their faces.
Trivia event script – Tells you exactly what to announce and when during the event. It is times to last 2 ½ hours, including team registration. You can speed up or lengthen by changing the amount of time between each round.
Questions and Answers – The questions your host will ask for each round along with the answers needed to check your teams’ submissions.
How to Hop Up – Tips and ideas on how to take trivia from and event to an experience your customers will remember and talk about. Prize ideas, drink ideas, menu items, other games and enhancements that make trivia buzzworthy.
Visuals – The questions along with other visuals to project on screen during the event. These can be customized with your logo and announcement of other events and specials at your business.
Answer Sheets – Template to create each team’s booklet of answer sheets. Each team will need one sheet per round for a booklet of 10 answer sheets.
Score Tracker – Track each team’s score using this template. It does the math for you!
