What You Need To Watch this August.

This summer sure has been hot! There is a lot of great TV streaming this August making your time in the AC even more enjoytale. Here are all the TV shows, movies, and trivia you need to know about coming in July 2024.

TV

Reservation Dogs (Hulu August 2) If you like Ted Lasso this might be up your alley. This is the third and reportedly final season of this show which follows a group of Native American teens living on a Reservation in Oklahoma. It’s funny and heartwarming and one of our favorites.

Only Murders in the Building (Hulu August 8) Season 3 of this hit show. Paul Rudd is added to the cast.

Painkiller (Netflix) A fictionalized retelling of events, Painkiller is a scripted limited series that explores some of the origins and aftermath of the opioid crisis in America, highlighting the stories of the perpetrators, victims, and truth-seekers whose lives are forever altered by the invention of the medical drug known as OxyContin.

Ahsoka (Disney+ August 23) After the fall of the Galactic Empire, former Jedi Knight Ahsoka Tano investigates an emerging threat to a vulnerable galaxy. CANNOY WAIT!

MOVIES

Corner Office (August 4 VOD) Follows a straight-laced employee retreats to a empty corner office to get away from his lackluster colleagues, only to find that his move upsets them immensely.

Blue Beetle (August 18) Teenager Jaime Reyes discovers the Blue Beetle scarab on the way home from school. Turns out the scarab provides him with a suit of extraterrestrial armor which can be modified to enhance his speed and strength, as well as to create weapons, wings and shields
